Mystery & Merch sells both new and pre-owned merchandise through online platforms, livestream sales, social media and other approves selling channels.

When purchasing on our live auctions all sales are final and no returns.

New Items
New items may be eligible for return with 14 days of delivery if:

Pre-Owned Items
Due to the nature of pre-owned merchandise, all pre-owned items are sold as-is and are generally final sale.

Returns on pre-owned items may only be accepted if:
